Taxi-Odisha provides a platform for booking taxi services. We connect passengers with drivers but do not directly employ drivers.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information during booking and for treating drivers with respect.

4. Payment and Cancellations

Payment terms and cancellation policies are as described at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

5. Liability

Taxi-Odisha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Local Laws

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
